Unbelievable service. I honestly didn't know places like this still existed. Where you as the customer are the most important person. Everything promised, was delivered and nothing was too much to ask. Their concierge service is the best. I have on more than one occasion had things needed to be done on my vehicle. I've dropped my vehicle in the morning and when the task was completed, gone and collect my car cleaned and ready to go. Trev and Matt really go above and beyond for their clients. I would highly recommend.

I visited the Toyz Autohouse Dealership in Umhlanga and received a very warm welcome from everyone. Gill at the front and both Trevor and Matthew. Sadly, I was not in the market for any of the beautiful high-end cars throughout their dealership, but more a safe and reliable run a round. Matthew took all my details down and gave me a ring a few days later very excited. The car was available for a viewing the next day. Matthew took the extra time to view the car and while checking the complete history, he noticed the service was due. After arranging the service our car was waiting for collection, looking brand new and wrapped in a bow.The full team which includes Brendon and Penny made my dealings with Toyz Autohouse an absolute pleasure from start to finish.The bow on the car at collection was the chery on the top!
